LeasePlan employs a specialised team that deals with the management of the customers’
contracts on a daily basis.
All your requests are recorded and immediately forwarded in order for these to be responded as
soon as possible.
You can request the following quickly and simply:
- Change of your invoicing details
- Additional services (green card, vehicle transfer, etc)
- Be updated in relation to a vehicle’s early or normal expiration
- The addition of a driver
You may also request:
- Invoicing per cost center
- Vehicle transfer to another company or cost center
- Re-costing due to a change in the lease duration, change in kilometers, and more
