LeasePlan’s fundamental purpose is to service its customers and offer superior services.
Each customer is undertaken by a comprehensive internal group that examines and manages its
corporate fleet issues from the daily service up until the creation of a contract ensuring at
all times that the customer's needs are being met.
Simultaneously, for immediate and fast customer service, a complete list of online services is
provided comprised of:
- Internet Quotation: a simple online quote for leasing a specific model
- Fleet Reporting: Efficient real-time fleet management tools
- E-invoicing: electronic receipt of invoices forwarded to the customer's e-mail address at a pre-determined time that facilitates in the invoicing procedure.
