Partner Plan
Partner Plan is a unique product based on Open Calculation, which provides flexibility,
cost control, detailed information and complete transparency. It is the best solution for
managing large corporate fleets based on actual cost.
How it works: A monthly lease amount is initially determined for the company-customer based on
the services chosen and the estimated cost of these provisions.
LeasePlan then undertakes to optimise this total cost via its daily monitoring and analysis of
the charges as well as by providing better fleet management advice.
What is our obligation: If the actual cost is less that the amount estimated, at fleet level,
then we will refund the positive difference to the company-customer upon the contract’s
expiration. If there is a negative difference, this is absorbed in its entirety by
LeasePlan.
With Open Calculation we are able to share all the information relating to your fleet, by
virtue of the advanced on-line systems. Thus, LeasePlan constitutes an essential partner with
whom you share a mutual interest: the optimisation of your fleet’s management. Open Calculation
is comprised of the following services:
• Negotiation, purchase and financing of the vehicle
• Road Tax
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Accident management
• Vehicle maintenance and tyre replacement
• Vehicle replacement
• Online management reports
• Online tools
• Personalised advisory services
• Roadside Assistance
• 24-hour Drivers’ Service Centre
You may also include the following additional services to your contract:

Comfort Plan
The management and control of your fleet is assigned over to LeasePlan, for a fixed,
monthly fee.
With this product you have access to the entire spectrum of services provided by LeasePlan from
which you can choose those that suit you best. With Comfort Plan you can choose from services
such as:

Easy Plan
If your company has a small-scale fleet, EasyPlan offers a standarised list of services and
constitutes a simple and straight-forward fleet management solution. The monthly fee is
calculated to include all the expenses concerned with the use of the vehicle for a specific
time period and number of kilometers covered.

Share Plan
Share Plan is offered to companies with medium or large fleets. Share Plan is similar to
Partner Plan. The difference being that any savings achieved, due to the proper management of
the corporate fleet by LeasePlan, are shared between the Customer and LeasePlan upon the
contract lapsing.
