Fleet Policy:
LeasePlan offers each customer the corporate fleet management policy that best suits the company that will reduce the cost and increase the customer’s level of satisfaction. The policy is designed pursuant to the objective goals set by the customer in collaboration with LeasePlan. The properly designed corporate fleet management policy will minimise negotiations and conflicts between employees and the employer.

Fleet Optimisation:
Aiming at offering the best customer service, LeasePlan evaluates the total fleet management cost and assesses which sectors can reduce costs further.
Financial Advice:
LeasePlan provides financial advice and offers the customer the ability to choose corporate fleet management solutions that are economical and have tax benefits.

Quotation:
LeasePlan uses its experience to realistically predict the actual cost of the corporate fleet. In its quotation LeasePlan informs the customer of all the details that concern the cost of the company vehicle.

Vehicle Financing:
In the case of corporate leasing, the vehicle’s fixed purchasing cost is included in the LeasePlan balance sheet and not the customer’s balance sheet.
LeasePlan offers this service so that customers do not need to make an advance investment in a corporate fleet and are able to use their funds in other company activities. Moreover, LeasePlan offers the customer a fixed interest rate throughout the entire duration of the contract. Lastly, the customer has less administrative expenses.

Vehicle Purchase:
LeasePlan offers its customers the ability to immediately and economically acquire any vehicle. By purchasing a large number of vehicles, LeasePlan is able to offer a significant discount, which most customers would not be able to achieve.

Vehicle Delivery:
Through its flexible policy and extensive vehicle representative network, LeasePlan is able to offer its customer a vehicle within a short time frame, ensuring that both the customer and the driver will be facilitated as soon as possible.

Road Tax:
LeasePlan efficiently handles all matters concerning the issue of the road tax, thus saving its customers’ valuable time.

Insurance:
LeasePlan provides group coverage for its customers’ corporate fleet, representing them in every negotiation with the insurance company.

Vehicle maintenance:
All the LeasePlan lease contracts include the preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles, which not only includes the service, but any necessary repairs at the LeasePlan authorised workshops.
This service includes all of the manufacturer’s official services, as well as any damage that may arise during the contract. LeasePlan undertakes the works: we ensure the service and repair of the vehicle (e.g. oil change, lubricants, fluids, spare parts, tyres), as well as the required labour, pursuant in every event to the maintenance procedures recommended by the manufacturer.

Tyres:
This service covers the replacement of the tyres due to wear and tear for the entire duration of the contract.
LeasePlan undertakes the wheel balance, the repair of tyre punctures as well as the replacement of your tyres.

Vehicle breakdown:
In the event that your vehicle breaks down, LeasePlan:
-undertakes the administration, price negotiation and payment
-collaborates with a broad network of authorised workshops offering competitive prices
-ensures the repair of the damage / breakdown in the shortest time frame.


Vehicle replacement:
As part of the monthly lease payment, LeasePlan gives you access to a replacement vehicle of a specific category should this be required. Even if this service is not included in your contract, LeasePlan can offer you the programme at particularly competitive prices.

24-hour roadside assistance, 365 days a year:
In the event of a breakdown or accident and your vehicle is immobilised at a distance which is greater than 60km from your residence, LeasePlan will cover the driver’s accommodation expenses as well as the repatriation costs.
It also undertakes the repair, towing and provision of a replacement vehicle. Moreover, in the case where the breakdown cannot be repaired within 4 days, LeasePlan undertakes to transfer the vehicle to an authorised workshop that is closest to the driver’s residence.

Reporting:
LeasePlan offers its customers any information it may need at any time in order to manage its corporate fleet.

Monitoring & Cost Control:
LeasePlan records, monitors and controls all the expenses of its customers’ corporate fleets. By doing so, it is able to conduct new estimations so as to give a clear and representative picture of the fleet total expenses in accordance with real conditions (kilometers covered / contract duration). The result that arises gives a true picture of the fleet’s estimated expenses.

Contract Extension:
LeasePlan may extend the contract in the event that this is required by the customers.

Contract Expiration:
Upon the contract’s expiration, the LeasePlan customer – partner shall be required to deliver the vehicle in good physical and mechanical order. An independent LeasePlan partner will conduct the necessary assessment of the vehicle.

Insurance coverage:
LeasePlan undertakes all negotiations concerning your insurance coverage and you enjoy the special treatment in the event of an accident. All you need to do is contact the customer service center, inform them of your location and LeasePlan will take care of the rest: from the pickup of your vehicle to its delivery at the location of your request.
